Before the iPhone app is in the App Store, a small group tries it through TestFlight, Apple’s app for testing. Testers help us find what’s broken before everyone else does.

What testers get
- The iPhone app before it’s in the App Store, with the same account as the website.
- Apple Health: nights, heart rate and workouts from your iPhone, Apple Watch or a ring that writes to Apple Health.
- A rest timer on the lock screen and a home-screen widget.
- A direct line to us: what you report goes to the people building the app.
What we ask
- Use it for your real training for a couple of weeks.
- Tell us what breaks or confuses you, from the app’s feedback button.
- You must be 18 or older and have an iPhone.
