Fitness Score
A score that only goes up
Your Fitness Score starts at 0 and grows with heavier lifts, more reps, faster runs and every finished workout. A light week or time off never takes points away.

- StrengthYour best lift in each movement. Bench 135 lb = 10 points, and every 5 lb adds 1.
- BodyweightYour best reps: 8 pull-ups, 12 dips or 30 push-ups = 10 points each.
- CardioYour best times and longest efforts. A 30:00 5K = 10 points, a 25:00 5K = 16.
- EffortAbout 1 point for every finished workout: 0.5 for a short, easy one, up to 2 for a long, hard one.

Every finished workout adds about 1 more.
An estimate from your typed-in bests. In the app the score counts what you log: each movement’s best lift, rep or time, plus every finished workout. Your real score can differ.
How each part is worked out
Strength
Each movement scores its single best lift, from your estimated one-rep max. Other lifts are compared with the bench press, so a 205 lb squat counts like a 132 lb bench: the squat is divided by 1.55, the deadlift by 1.8 and the overhead press by 0.7. Those ratios come from the app’s strength standards for men and women at every level.
| Lift | 135 lb | 185 lb | 225 lb | 315 lb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bench press | 10 | 20 | 28 | 46 |
| Back squat | 1.6 | 6.9 | 12 | 23.6 |
| Deadlift | – | 3.7 | 8 | 18 |
| Overhead press | 21.6 | 35.9 | – | – |
Below a 110 lb bench-equivalent the points start slowly (a 95 lb bench is 2.5), so a first lift still counts. Rows, pulldowns and machines count too, at a lower weight; ten curl variations count as one curl.
Bodyweight
Your best set in each family: 8 pull-ups, 12 dips or 30 push-ups = 10 points, rising in a straight line up to three times that. Weighted pull-ups and dips turn into extra reps. Core and leg moves count a little.
Cardio
Running speed is judged as a 5K: 45:00 = 0 points, 30:00 = 10, 25:00 = 16, 20:00 = 25. Longer and shorter races are converted with Riegel’s formula. Your longest run adds more (a 10K = 10, a marathon = 31.6), and every mile adds 0.1. Rides, swims and rucks have their own scales.
Effort
Every finished workout or cardio session of 10 minutes or 1 mile adds about 1 point: about 0.5 for a short or easy one, up to 2 for a long, hard one, at most 2.5 a day. Skipped sessions add nothing.
The rules
- It never goes down. Bests only move up and finished workouts only add. Only deleting the session that earned points removes them.
- Points this week count only what you do in the app: logged sets, finished workouts, runs and max-out days. They power the weekly squad leaderboards.
- Maxes you type in count toward your total, never toward this week’s points, so nobody can type in a 405 lb bench and win the week.
- Big jumps wait. A best that jumps more than 15% in one session counts up to +15% until another day confirms it.
