How it works
A day in Aurek
One card on Today, Next up, walks you through the day: check in, train, eat, sleep. Each step uses what you logged before it.

Morning · 10 seconds
Check in, get your readiness
Tell it how you feel and how sore you are. With last night’s sleep and yesterday’s food, that’s your readiness: a score from 1 to 100.
What goes into it
Four things: how you feel, soreness, sleep (against your own need) and nutrition (against your own targets). Sleep counts most. Anything you haven’t logged is left out, not guessed.
Before you check in, the card says “so far” and shows how many of the four are in.

-
Next up
One button for what’s next
Next up shows the one thing to do now: check in, start your workout, log lunch, then get to bed on time. It keeps up when your day moves.
When plans change
Change, Move or Skip today’s workout from the same card. Check in late and it still counts; miss a session and it offers to move it.

-
Workout
Every set, planned
Weights, reps and rest for every set, adjusted to today’s readiness. Tick a set and the next one adjusts to how it felt.
Why this weight?
Every lift shows its reasons: your training max, the week of the block, today’s readiness, your last session and the rounding to real plates.
Tap a tick again to undo it. When you finish, Save is the main button; posting to the Feed is up to you.

-
Lunch
Food that fits the day
Calories and protein follow your training and your weigh-ins. Log a meal from a photo, a few words, a barcode or a nutrition label.
How meals are logged
Photo and text estimates use AI only after you allow AI features; barcodes and labels use the USDA food database and the label itself. Recent and favorite meals are one tap away.

-
Evening
A bedtime for tomorrow
Aurek suggests a bedtime that fits tomorrow’s workout and tracks your sleep debt. Tap Going to bed, and the night counts toward tomorrow’s readiness.
Logging sleep
On the website you log a night in a few taps. The iPhone app (coming soon) reads nights from Apple Health, including from a watch or ring that writes to it.

Over the weeks
A score that only goes up
Your Fitness Score grows with heavier lifts, more reps, faster runs and every finished workout. Goals of any length show if you’re on track.

Aurek gives general fitness, nutrition and sleep guidance, not medical advice. Readiness is a wellness estimate, not a medical measurement. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with an injury or a medical condition.
