Help
Quick answers below. Anything else: email support@aurek.app from the address you use for Aurek. A real person reads every email.
We used to be LiftReady. Same app, same account and data, new name. Links to liftready.app still work, and mail sent to support@getliftready.com still reaches us.
Getting started
How do I start?
Pick a plan on the Pricing page, create your account (email, password and your signature on the Terms), confirm your email, and add a card for the free trial. Then open Aurek and answer a few questions about your goal, schedule and equipment. Your first week is ready in about two minutes.
Do I need a watch?
No. Readiness works from a quick check-in, your sleep and your food. A watch fills in your sleep through Apple Health in the iPhone app (coming soon), and its heart numbers help judge how well you slept.
Can I use it on the web and on iPhone?
Yes, with one account. Use it in your browser now (add it to your home screen to open it like an app). The iPhone app is coming soon: sign in with the same email and password.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. On Android, use Aurek in Chrome and add it to your home screen.
How Aurek works
How is readiness worked out?
Four parts, each scored 0 to 100: how you feel (energy and mood from a 10-second morning check-in), soreness (same check-in), last night’s sleep (against your own need, your recent sleep debt, how regular it was and how well you slept) and yesterday’s food (calories, protein and water against your targets). Sleep counts most. The lowest part gets a little extra say, so one bad night isn’t averaged away. Parts you haven’t logged are left out, not guessed, and a food day that doesn’t look fully logged isn’t judged. With a watch, through Apple Health in the iPhone app, resting heart rate and HRV nudge the sleep-quality part a little. Training load isn’t part of the score. The result is a score from 1 to 100, and “Why?” shows each part and its share.
Readiness is a wellness estimate to guide your training. It isn’t a medical measurement and doesn’t diagnose anything.
How does readiness change my workout?
On a good day the plan can push: slightly heavier sets or more volume. On a low day it eases off or adds recovery. It always tells you what changed and lets you undo it.
Where do my weights come from?
From your training max (a test or the maxes you enter), the week of your block, today’s readiness and your last session, rounded to plates you can load. In a workout, tap “Why this weight?” to see each step. Log how a set felt and the next set adjusts.
What is a training season?
A plan built from your goal and the days you can train: base, build and peak weeks, lighter deload weeks and a max-out week to test new PRs. Strength, running, conditioning, swimming and cycling fit in as your goal needs. “Short on time”, “I’m at home today” and “Something hurts” rework a single session.
How do food targets work?
Calorie and protein targets follow your training and your weigh-ins. Log a meal from a photo, a nutrition label, a barcode or a few words. Photo and text estimates use AI only after you allow AI features, and you can turn them off in Settings › Your data.
How does the sleep plan work?
Aurek suggests a bedtime that fits tomorrow’s workout, tracks your sleep debt and plans naps. On the website you log a night in a few taps; the iPhone app (coming soon) reads nights from Apple Health.
Subscription and billing
How does the free trial work?
You add a card and pay $0 today. The first charge comes 7 days later, on a date shown before you start. Cancel before then and you aren’t charged.
How do I cancel?
On the website: Account › Manage billing › Cancel. In the app: Settings › Subscription › Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Where are my receipts?
Account › Manage billing shows every invoice and receipt.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in Account › Manage billing.
Can I get a refund?
Charged by mistake, for example a renewal you meant to cancel? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll look at it. Approved refunds go back to your card through Stripe in 5–10 business days. See Refunds in the Terms.
I subscribed on the website. Will the iPhone app know?
Yes. Sign in to the app with the same email and your subscription is there. If it doesn’t show right away, tap “I already subscribed”.
Your account and data
The confirmation email never came
Check Spam and Promotions and mark it “Not spam”. Then use Resend in the “Confirm your email” card. Still nothing after a few minutes? Email us from the address you signed up with.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?”. The reset link works for 1 hour.
Where is my health data kept?
Your sleep, heart rate, HRV, check-ins, journal, injuries and progress photos stay on your own phone or browser. Your plan, workouts, meals and weight are saved in your account so they sync. See the privacy policy and the consumer health data policy.
How do I download or delete my data?
In the app: Settings › Your data › Download a backup, or Delete my account (it cancels a subscription first, then removes everything).
Safety
Is this medical advice?
No. Aurek gives general fitness, nutrition and sleep guidance, and readiness is a wellness estimate. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with an injury or a medical condition.
How do I report a post or a person?
Every post and comment has ⋯ › Report, and you can block anyone from the same menu. See the Community guidelines.
