What Aurek does
One plan for the whole day. It adjusts as you log.
-
Training
Every set, planned
Weights, reps and rest for every set. Log a set and the next one adjusts.
Why this weight?
Tap “Why this weight?” in a workout and Aurek shows its reasons: your training max, the week of the block, today’s readiness, your last session and the rounding to real plates.
Warm-ups, plate math and supersets are planned too. Short on time, training at home or something hurts? It reworks the session.

-
Your season
Training seasons
Built from your goal and the days you can train, with deload weeks and a max-out week.
More about seasons
Pick a goal and your days. Aurek plans base, build and peak weeks, lighter deload weeks and a max-out week to test new PRs.
Strength, running, conditioning, swimming and cycling fit in as your goal needs. Miss a day and the week rearranges itself.

-
Fuel
Food targets that follow you
Calories and protein for your training. Log a meal from a photo, a label or a few words.
More about Fuel
Targets follow your training and your weigh-ins. Scan a barcode, photograph a nutrition label or describe a meal; estimates use AI (only after you allow it) and the USDA food database.
Recent and favorite meals, water and vitamins are one tap away.

-
Sleep
Sleep that counts
A bedtime that fits tomorrow’s plan, plus sleep debt and naps.
More about sleep
On the website you log a night in a few taps. The iPhone app (coming soon) reads nights from Apple Health, including from a watch or ring that writes to it.

How readiness works
Every morning, from your own numbers.
Four things go in
How you feel and how sore you are (a 10-second check-in), last night’s sleep and yesterday’s food. With a watch, Apple Health helps judge how well you slept.
A score from 1 to 100
Sleep against your own need, food against your own targets. Anything you haven’t logged is left out, not guessed.
Today follows it
Push on a good day, ease off on a low one. It always shows why.
Ready to push
Green light. Go for today’s weights.

Questions
More answers in Help.
Can I use it on the web and on iPhone?
Yes, with one account. Aurek works in any modern browser today, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. The iPhone app is coming soon: sign in there with the same account and everything is waiting.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. On Android, use Aurek in Chrome and add it to your home screen.
Does it work with my watch?
Through Apple Health, in the iPhone app (coming soon). Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura and WHOOP can all write to Apple Health, and Aurek reads sleep, heart rate, HRV and workouts from there. There’s no direct connection to those companies’ own apps. On the website you log your sleep yourself in a few taps.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and add a card. You pay $0 today, and the first charge comes 7 days later, on a date shown before you start. Cancel before then and you aren’t charged.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Account › Manage billing on the website (or Settings › Subscription in the app). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and aren’t charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Charged by mistake, for example a renewal you meant to cancel? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll look at it. Approved refunds go back to your card through Stripe in 5–10 business days. The Terms have the details.
Where is my health data kept?
Your sleep, heart rate, HRV, check-ins, journal, injuries and progress photos stay on your own phone or browser and aren’t sent to our servers. Your plan, workouts, meals and weight are saved in your account so they sync between your devices. We don’t sell data or show ads. See the privacy policy.
Is this medical advice?
No. Aurek gives general fitness, nutrition and sleep guidance, and readiness is a wellness estimate, not a medical measurement. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with an injury or a medical condition.
Who can use Aurek?
Adults 18 and older, from beginners to experienced lifters and runners.
