Questions

The short answers. More in Help, or email support@aurek.app.

How much does Aurek cost?

$12.99 a month or $69.99 a year (about $5.83 a month), after a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start the trial; cancel before it ends and you aren’t charged. Subscriptions aren’t open yet: join the waitlist and we’ll email you once when they are.

When is the iPhone app coming?

Soon. We’ll announce the date once it’s set. Your account works on the website today and will work in the app with the same email and password.

Is there an Android app?

No Android app yet. On Android, use Aurek in Chrome and add it to your home screen: it opens like an app.

Where is my health data kept?

Your sleep, readiness, heart rate, HRV, check-ins, journal, injuries and progress photos stay on your own phone or browser, not on our servers. Your plan, workouts, meals and weight are saved in your account so they sync. We don’t sell data or show ads.

What does the AI do?

Only after you allow AI features: it estimates a meal from a photo or a few words, reads a nutrition label or a menu, turns your schedule into training days, and builds a workout when you ask it to. You can turn it off any time in Settings.

What doesn’t the AI do?

It never gets your sleep, readiness, heart data, injuries or Apple Health data. It doesn’t set your weights: those come from fixed formulas you can read in “Why this weight?”. It doesn’t diagnose anything, and it is not a dietitian or a doctor. Journal replies and watch screenshots are coming soon.

How does readiness work?

Four things: how you feel and how sore you are (a 10-second check-in), last night’s sleep and yesterday’s food, each against your own needs. It’s a score from 1 to 100 that tells the plan how hard to go. It’s a wellness estimate, not a medical measurement.

What is the Fitness Score?

One number that only goes up: heavier lifts, more reps, faster runs and every finished workout add points. Bench 135 lb is worth 10 points. See how it works and work out yours on the Fitness Score page.

How do goals work?

Pick a goal like a heavier bench, more pull-ups or a faster 5K, for 4 weeks up to a year. Aurek suggests a target from your numbers, adds checkpoints on the way and shows if you’re on track. A lift goal sets your season’s PR goal; a body-weight goal sets your food targets.

Do I need a watch?

No. Readiness works from the check-in, your sleep and your food. In the iPhone app (coming soon), a watch or ring that writes to Apple Health fills in your sleep.

How do I cancel?

Any time, in Account › Manage billing on the website (or Settings › Subscription in the app). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is this medical advice?

No. Aurek gives general fitness, nutrition and sleep guidance. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with an injury or a medical condition.

Who can use Aurek?

Adults 18 and older, from beginners to experienced lifters and runners.
