Training and sleep
A workout app that adjusts to your sleep
Slept five hours? Aurek eases today’s workout. Slept well and feel good? It lets you push. It also plans tonight’s bedtime around tomorrow’s session.

How sleep changes the plan
Your night goes in
Log it in a few taps on the website, or let the iPhone app (coming soon) read it from Apple Health.
It’s judged against your own need
Hours against what you need, your recent sleep debt and how regular your nights are. Sleep is the biggest of readiness’s four parts.
Today’s weights follow
A low score eases the session or adds recovery; a high one can add a little weight. It shows what changed, and you can undo it.
A bedtime for tomorrow
Sleep shows a bedtime that fits tomorrow’s plan, your sleep debt and when a nap would help. Tap Going to bed at night; the next morning that night is part of your readiness.
What it doesn’t do
- It doesn’t measure sleep by itself. It uses what you log, or what your watch or ring writes to Apple Health in the iPhone app.
- It doesn’t diagnose sleep problems. If you sleep badly for weeks, see a doctor.
- No Android app yet. On Android, use the website and log your nights.
Aurek gives general fitness, nutrition and sleep guidance, not medical advice. Readiness is a wellness estimate, not a medical measurement. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with an injury or a medical condition.
